Allow users to post comments to Facebook from WordPress?

    Two related questions…

    1. I am having trouble identifying this from the description. Does this plugin allow users to post Facebook comments on the WordPress website itself? A plugin that offers such functionality is Facebook Comments. IK Facebook Plugin seems to have many more features, but I would to know if it includes this feature.
    2. If it does include this feature, does it offer any way to moderate FB comments posted on the WordPress website?

    Hey Justin!

    The plugin currently allows comments posted on Facebook to be displayed on the site, inline with the Feed. It may not be setup the way you are asking, though.

    To enable moderation, I will need to feed the FB comments into the WordPress comment system – very doable, but I need to do some programming to allow this.

    Are you interested in such a feature? I would be happy to write that into one of my next updates (I have a few feature requests to work on and will add this to my list, if so.)

    Thanks for the response, Richard. The client I am working with is not yet decided on how robust they need Facebook integration to be, so I am unsure what our ultimate solution will call for.

    In general though, I just did a formal comparison of all the plugins I could find that implement Facebook Comments and there were very few good solutions! I found only 8 that seemed like potential options, and only 2 that were more appealing than Facebook’s official plugin (IK Facebook would make 3). I would guess that most developers don’t want to keep up with Facebook’s API changes. I understand. Since you seem to already be keeping up with Facebook though, this may be a very attractive feature for IK Facebook to have. Best of luck & keep up the great work!

    How do I enable the comments to be displayed within this the website? Or is this a feature only in the Pro Version?
