allow users to post directly to a page

Hello,

I hope someone is able to help me with this. I have created a number of pages and what I want to do is allow posts for a specific category to ONLY display on the appropriate page and NOT on the front page. EX: Model Airplane posts will only show up on the Model Airplane page.

I’m a WD coding noob so if you would be nice enough to help out please keep it simple and step by step.
