Allow users to submit posts

Please look in our official support forum, this has been answered. You can give a user role access to backend by editing their permissions in Ultimate Member > User Roles.

Far from being resolved.

You just need to edit edit the user role in backend and select the option to allow users with that role access to the wp-admin. Please let us know if you run into any trouble with this.
