Allow voting after 20 seconds

  • Hello,
    I was using Rate my post but I had to stop because I have a visitor who stays less than 5 seconds on the articles, just to put a negative vote on all my articles and he changes ip to be able to vote again.

    He can do this for hours and it’s bad for SEO this short lapse of time, so I would like to know, if it’s possible with your plugin to allow voting only after 20 seconds of reading
