When I open page in Chrome browser: I got the following error (thanks for any help!)

While trying to retrieve events, Google returned an error:
The stream IO handler requires the allow_url_fopen runtime configuration to be enabled
Please ensure that both your Google Calendar ID and API Key are valid and that the Google Calendar you want to display is public.
Only you can see this notice.

Calendar ID is correct, and the API has been recreated and using a fresh one.

Hi the first thing I would have you do is double check this to make sure everything is setup correctly:

    https://docs.simplecalendar.io/system-requirements/

If it is then you might want to contact your host about that error ( allow_url_fopen ) and see if it is something they can enable to see if it helps.

Assuming this has been resolved since there has not been a reply here. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
