allowed html tags disapear after saving forms – f.ex. in instruction fields

Hi, I’m facing a strange problem with new form when I try to implement some links to privacy policy or other html-based code. Even if it is written “allowed html tags” they will disapear after saving that forms – f.ex. when put in instruction fields or other description fields. What could it be? This happens only in new made forms, I have an old one which has html-tags and is working. Copying this form, modifying and saving it results in loss of html-tags, or sometimes even in loss of all text in that particuliar field which had that html-tags.
Please help me out… thank you in advance.
