    Hello,
I’ve the last pro version installed in my wordpress.
I’ve 3 adSens in each post with this tool. The three ads are the same for all the post.
Well, I detected that some post like (https://www.mistercomparador.com/noticias/velocidad-internet-para-jugar-fortnite/) returns a 500 error.
I went to apache error log and it show:

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 36864 bytes) in [...]/wp-content/plugins/advanced-ads/public/class-advanced-ads.php on line 847

Previous the memory size was in 128MB and the log show me that the error was because need 134MB. After I upgrade the size to 256MB and now the error show that needs 268MB.

    Please, Can you help me?

    Hi jgarrobo,

    thanks for reaching out.

I checked the code you are referring to. It stayed unchanged in 1.17.5. You can test a previous version download 1.17.4 here.

Downgrading is not a long-term option, of course. I am just curious to learn if I missed a significant change. Even if it shows that the cause is not in Advanced Ads, I would be happy to see if we can help prevent similar issues in the future.

Since you mention that you are a Pro user I would kindly ask you to reach out through customer support since the forum is for users of the free version only. You can just refer to this thread.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi @jgarrobo,

my colleague was able to create a loop in the line of code you posted based on a thread you opened with another plugin. That issue also happens when Advanced Ads is disabled so we are not able to prevent it.

Please let me know if you found a solution by now.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

    Hi @webzunft,
    I’m sorry because I couldn’t answer early.
I continued research about the error. I disabled your plugin and the error was showing in other plugins.
The problem is not of your plugin, defact I enabled again and I very happy with the plugin. Other plugin (with the bug) was updated at the same time. I fail because the error was showed in your plugin backoffice.
I’m sorry because I stole your time and thank you so much!
    Best Regards

    Hi jgarrobo,

    thanks for the update.

I am happy to read that you were also able to find the solution!

If you enjoy using Advanced Ads so far, would you find a minute to say it here?

All the best to you and your project!

    Thanks,
    Thomas
