i changed the code, but it didn’t work at all.
i’m using 000webhost free account, and it seems like i could not change PHP memory setting.

what should i do?

@cafe or tea – yes that may be true – free hosting is generally problematic and not recommended for WP. See:

Try updating to the new 3.6 version of WordPress, it may help.
