Allowed memory size error

I’m getting this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 83 bytes) in wp-content/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/includes/functions.php on line 211
when clicking on “options” tab
However, phpinfo() says:
memory_limit 2048M
