I have “allowed” non-wordpress core directories that lives in httpdocs via the “Allow all the files in these directories” setting. Despite the whitelist entry, I am getting flagged for every subdirectory and file under the allowed directory.

    allowed folder entry e.g. /nas/content/live/httpdocsroot/directoryiwantexcluded/

Everything underneath still gets flagged as unexpected WordPress core file.
    /nas/content/live/httpdocsroot/directoryiwantallowed/morestuffiwantallowed/thing.css

I have far too many sub directories underneath /nas/content/live/httpdocsroot/directoryiwantexcluded/ to allow each one manually.
