    Hello,

As in the past, I have again pasted here the same error. After I have run some tests again, the error still exists.

    The error:
If i set a time under the Minimum time and Maximum time settings, then the time picker appears blank and there are no values populating the table.

If I then go ahead and also add some time stamps (with the specified format that you indicate under the Global allowed times setting), the time stamps appear but they are disabled. With further investigation, the class xdsoft_disabled is applied to all the time stamp divs. (

Format of the time stamps under the Global Allwed times: 10:00,11:00,12:00,13:00,14:00,15:00,16:00,17:00,18:00,19:00,20:00,21:00,22:00,23:00,00:00.

The Minimum time and Maximum time are set at 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM, respectively).

Let me know how this can be resolved.

    Best Regards,

  • Hello Steven,

Thank you for contacting us and apologies for not getting back sooner.

I completely understand how inconvenient it is when things don’t work as they should.

We will need your help by doing the following procedures for us to deliver accurate information and solutions.

    1. Check for plugin conflict. Disable 3rd party plugins one by one until you identify the culprit
    2. Please make sure you are utilizing the most recent plugin version.

    3. Could you please check if you are using a caching plugin?

Also, could you try these steps:

Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.

Retest using a private or incognito browser.

    Flush DNS https://blog.hubspot.com/website/flush-dns`

    4. If the problem continues, would you kindly give us your wp-admin logins? Please submit it to: https://www.inputwp.com/support/

    5. As part of debugging process, could you please confirm if you authorise us to make changes to the website? For example deactivating and activating plugins.

Let us know how it goes. We are here for you.

    Hello,

Below you can find my answers/questions on the matters:

    1. Check for a plugin conflict. Disable 3rd party plugins one by one until you identify the culprit

Answer: Disabled every third-party plugin (left only contact-form 7, as it is implemented there) and also changed the theme to a default WordPress theme (
Twenty Twenty-One). The problem still persists.

    2. Please make sure you are utilizing the most recent plugin version.

Answer: I am utilizing version 2.2. I do not see any updates popping up on the wp-admin page and also on the plugin’s site, it says in the basic version 2.1.

    3. Could you please check if you are using a caching plugin?

Answer: No caching plugins are used. Nor server or client-side caching is used

Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.

Answer: No caching is used. No clearing was made.

Retest using a private or incognito browser.

Answer: All the above tests on step 1 were made directly from the incognito window of chrome.

    4. If the problem continues, would you kindly give us your wp-admin logins? Please submit it to: https://www.inputwp.com/support/

Answer: I tried to submit in the link above, but in the second step it asks me to put a license code that I don’t have. If the above is possible, please provide me with a valid URL or form, so that I can submit wp-credentials.

    5. As part of debugging process, could you please confirm if you authorize us to make changes to the website? For example deactivating and activating plugins.

Answer: If you provide me with a valid contact form, i will be gladly to give you permission to do that.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Steven,

    Thank you for the information.
