Allowing Editors and other to access the leads

Hi. Inspecting with User Role Editor, I can see several capabilities regarding Leads, but the Admin Menu itself is hooked to “manage_options”, which Editors don’t have and is also used by WordPress core to allow things I don’t want Editors to see.
Couldn’t you use “read_lead” to toggle the menu visibility? Or maybe create a new capability for this. I’ve changed my own code but it will get erased on next plugin update…
