Allowing non-admin to manage user roles

Hi Alex,

I’ve been looking for a simple plugin to restrict access to some contents, this seems to best the closest to what I’ve imagined.

One question though.
Is it possible somehow to give non admin dashboard users the capability to assign “groups” to existing users?

This is important to me because my customers don’t get admin role, but a custom role with extended capabilities, hence the need for what I mention above.
