Allowing users to enter in numeric values as poll answers?

I’m currently trying to set up a poll that will determine the price of an item, I need to get the value of the item from my users, who in turn need to be able to input a numerical value into a text field and submit that as their answer.

How can I accomplish this?

In addition, is there any way I could output the poll results to an html table cell?
