Alltuts Menu Issue With All Pages showing

I read this, the issue is that we have 600+ pages. I already have the content organized by parent, child etc. If I have a parent page named How To Eat, and I have 2 child pages under How To Eat, How do I get all those pages +80, under that parent page.

I am wondering how you did to add the third menu:
“Fitness NewsHow To Workout How To Eat How To Live How to Stretch How To Pre-Hab 21 Days”
I can’t add the third menu for the alltuts theme. Many thanks!
