ALM not working

I have some problem with ALM.
There are two sites, made on the same topic (design differs, almost identical backend).
On one site ALM works perfectly, on another it does not work – a button is displayed, posts are not displayed, pressing a button does nothing.
When I change theme to a standard twentyseventeen – all ok, ALM working.
I do not see errors in the console.
The ALM template set the standard, the shortcode is also the simplest without filters:
[ajax_load_more post_type = “post” scroll = “false”]
