    Hi @joy0114

Alma is supported via the Universal Payment Method gateway. If you navigate to the WooCommerce > Stripe > Settings > Universal Payment Method page Alma should show up for your selected payment method configuration. If you don’t see Alma, click the “sync” button.

Here is a screenshot of Alma in our test environment:

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your reply.
    I’m going to try this.

But, something I don’t understand very well: do I need to create an Alma account for my business, or only my customers must have an Alma’s account ?
Of course, I’ve got a business account with Stripe.

    Thank for your help.
    Best regards

PS: some problems when clicking on “SYNC”…
    Woocommerce log tells me:

2025-01-18T22:49:49+00:00 Erreur Error retrieving payment method config. Reason: The resource ID cannot be null or whitespace.

    I use plugin release 3.3.80

No, because everything goes through your Stripe account you don’t need an Alma account.

PS: some problems when clicking on “SYNC”…

You must have an existing payment method configuration created before you click sync.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @mrclayton ,

Thanks for your reply and your explanations about how it works.
Ok, I understood the reason of this error… I had not selected a payment method.

    So, it’s solved.

Thanks again for adding this payment method to your plugin.

    Best regards
