Almost 20 days of tedious work gone for NOTHING!

Please let me explain…
Me and my friend started a website about 5 months ago. It is https://www.kipclip.com. First we used the free theme…

We added about 3000 video posts and we put each video into “Posts”, as you can see on this picture…
Then we decided to use a premium theme and we paid $70 for…

Now, we realized that on this theme, in order for the videos to be shown, they need to be put into “Videos”, like shown on this picture…
So naturally, what we did, me and my friend, we manually transferred all the embedded videos we have put in “Posts” and we have put them in “Videos” because the latter theme displays videos which are put into “Videos” and not into “Posts” (like the first theme).
And that was a very tedious work, it took us roughly about 20 days to manually transfer all the videos from “Posts” into “Videos”. And then, somehow the theme wasn’t really functioning and I made a mistake and I accidentally erased all the videos from “Videos” (and I didn’t make a back up)
So, to make a long story short, I blew the 20 days we have worked transferring the videos.
My question is, is there a way to automatically transfer the 3000 videos, which currently reside in “Posts” and put them in “Videos”?
You have no idea how much it would mean to me if you can help me out…
