    Had to change directory permissions, directory ownership, and manually copy the backup file to the new server before I could get a restore to work. If the FS_METHOD is set to direct on the new server, and the ownership and permissions are configured to work that so that everything else works in that context, not sure why this plugin was having difficulties.
