    Hi everyone.
The configuration with the plugin is correct, the proof of shipment is also correct. I had to use this plugin because when I switched to a cloud server, Woocommerce stopped sending a new order confirmation email to both the client and the administrator.

But I have something else left. I use the following plugin: shopmagic for woocommerce

Where can I send email to the customer who has made a purchase of a product, very apart from the confirmation, where I can explain things or more details. It is this shipment that does not work, it is not sent to the customer.

    any solution?

P.S. In the configuration it also asks for email from where it is sent, it is the same that I have put in WP Mail SMTP by WPForms

    Thank you.

  • Hi @alandres,

Thanks for contacting us! When you get a chance, could you please send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test and check if you get any errors or warnings? Also, please go to WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Debug Events and check “Debug Email Sending” and send the email you’re having an issue with receiving. If you do not see the event logged, the email is not sent at all.

    Regards,
