• This plugin opens many doors for membership websites. The only downside is the removal of email pings for membership transitions. You used to be able to move people automatically from one email list to another as they joined a different membership levels. Secondly, buddypress controls for groups used to be in place so that different membership levels could only see the groups that they had access to.

    Hey there,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and for your rating ??
As I understand that’s in our feature requests, however I can’t provide an ETA on when is going to be added, at the moment there is a level of integration with Mailchimp where you can select which lists to use for Registered Users with no membership, Members and Deactivated Members.

And with BuddyPress you have some protection rules to protect buddypress pages, group creation, friendship requests, private messaging and member listing, if you want to individually protect groups you can use the URL protection and add the group URL.

Hope that helps, let us know if you have any further questions.

We’re looking forward to improve your experience with Membership 2.

    Have a great day!
