Almost too easy!

I tried version 2.1.15.
1) It is not possible totally exclude specific authors.
2) It is not possible to modify the beginning of the inserted text (e.g. word “Copyright” instead of a character “?”, remove the comma before the author’s name or blog’s name).
3) The year is generated only automatically. Not possible specify own (like as “2010 – 2015”).
