Mehedi, I realize from your point of view you like to separate the core program from all the extensions.
So, when someone leaves a mixed review you point out it’s only the extensions and not the core.
Problem is most people are getting your software because of the extensions, which you advertise heavily on your website, and not just the core. As the core by itself would be VERY limited without some serious coding and customizing for most people’s businesses.
The ADMINS of this forum have told you already in another reply, that as long as you sell and advertise those extensions directly from the core website, it is fair to criticize them as part of the program.
Lastly, yes people can read all the fine print about what is core and what is extension, but it is not the job of the consumer to sift through mysteries.
My advice, remember most customers are not engineers or system architects but rather office personal looking for a simple solution and don’t have time to figure out what is core vs what is supported etc.
I believe if you adjusted the marketing of the product just a little, you could avoid many future confusions with customers or potential customers.
Have a great day.
