    Hi Terence,

    Please see this FAQ section. The main issue here, I’m willing to bet, is that the theme is using the_title in places where it should be using the_title_attribute.

    You might want to contact the theme developer and ask him/her to do a scan and make sure that they are using the_title_attribute properly.
