Alo EasyMail Newsletter potential danger?
-
Hi
I am using the Alo EasyMail Newsletter plugin by:
https://www.eventualo.net/blog/wp-alo-easymail-newsletter-guide/I was testing the newsletter system, and I do like it. However (not sure) when I did a test sign up on my own site to test it I noticed that besides adding the email to my database I seen a reference to someting very fishy.
I seen a reference to some uk-dbblahblahblah name.Correct me if I am wrong, but it almost appeared that it was adding it to my database, and another one1
my site is:
catskillspennysaver.comThe newsletter box is there.
Can someone test it? (use a dummy email and name if need be)
Then on the bottom of the screen (bottom url toolbar path just observe what is happening.
If I am wrong…sorry.
But if it is doing what I think it is then the author of this plugin is really shady!
Thanks
