Already better than other notice bar plugins

I’m giving this 5-stars because it’s a very good start to what can be a really great plugin. It’s clean. It’s simple. The settings are in the customizer like they should be for a front end feature like this. I was also able to apply some custom CSS to fit in better with my theme without issue.

Consider a name change at some point since this can do a lot more than just specifically alert about Coronavirus. Make it the go-to notice bar plugin. The others are outdated and mostly horrible on the front end.
