already installed, now log-in issue

    hey, i installed with a few glitches which someone kindly helped me sort. all good. except now when i log-in it looks really raw like the CSS is missing, is this correct. plus if i continue by pressing a link it says url missing…

    in between installing the web address changed slightly because it had been pointed wrong but i can’t work out if this is the issue, and if so how to redo it.

    If the blog’s address was changed after uploading the files, make sure that it’s correct in Options/General. If the domain was changed while uploading the files, you’ll have to start from the beginning again.

    to a certain degree i started again and got another copy of wordpress in. the domain name changed to the straight up address rather than having ‘web hosting’ in the middle of it. so would this be a change of domain name?

    i can’t get into options it says requested url not available…

    thanks both of you for your help. i followed the tutorial and changed the url settings in the php set up. yay. i shall now do a lot of reading before i venture too far again….
