Already registered

Hi, I am new to Ultimate member. I am trying to set up a staff portal/members only area. I want to test the pages and forms but it always shows up as ‘ALREADY REGISTERED’ is this because I am in as Admin? What do I need to do to be able to test the forms etc in the wordpress dashboard. Do I need to delete myself/email as ADMIN?
