We found that if any letter of your email address is Capital through the plugin connect it’s throwing an authentication error. Also if you have not confirmed your email yet plugin connect will NOT let it go through the authentication phase. Let me know if any of these reasons are applicable in your case, otherwise please share your user name and we will look into this further

Hi, I am using wordpress.com, and I’ve had a non-profit Vertical Response account for a couple of years. We just moved from self-hosted wordpress to wordpress.com, and instantly realized we can’t have our contact form as an iframe anymore, so we’re trying to get this plugin working. I don’t have any capital letters, and my email is definitely valid and verified, but it’s saying my email or password is invalid. Our VR account company name is “Works/San Jose” and VR username is steve @ sc-fa . com

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
