    When commenting via Facebook, the user must click the checkbox to “also post on Facebook” for it to be visible in the feed, is this correct?

    The whole point for using this plugin was to get traffic on those comments on Facebook.
    Is there a way that it can automatically be visible on Facebook? Or will these comments only be visible on my website.

    Also post on Facebook option publishes user’s comment on the Facebook timeline of that user along with the webpage. There is no way to turn this ON automatically. Facebook does not allow this, probably, to give website visitors first priority to control the comments they post.
    But the comments visitor posts at your website will be visible in the Facebook activity regardless if they have enabled Also post on Facebook option or not.
