Also problems with the toolbar

HI. I also have problems with the toolbar. It is not appearing in my editor: https://www.elpontblau.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/2016-02-19-1.png
I know that there is some incompatibility with qtranslate, which I solved (but not all) following it: https://www.webdevdoor.com/wordpress/fixing-qtranslate-problems-wordpress –> it was worst before this solution!
I tried to remove other plug-ins, I remove and reinstall TinyMCE…. But it is still not working properly. Any Idea? Thanks!
