• I am running SEO on my pages and I keep getting a suggestion to add alt tags to my images that contain my key/focus word. How do I add alt tags to images that are already on my web pages?

  • Ideally, you would want to do this manually to have full control over alt tags for your images for better SEO but if you have too many images and can’t do it manually, one way is to use this plugin.

    If you can add alt tags manually, it’s very easy to do in WordPress.

    You simply need to open each page/post, and in editor click on image to get “edit” icon in the top left corner of the image and click on it. The popup window will have an option to enter “Alternative text” for the image. Click update, and then update post/page. Done.
