Alt tags not showing

Hi
I’ve configured the plugin as advised and watched the vimeo video but I cant see any difference to the image alt tags when I view page source. I also use ewww image optimiser for image compression is anyone aware of a conflict with this plugin or is there anything I could be doing incorrectly ? Thanks, Andrew
