Alt text generation does not appear

  • The plugin is installed, the openAI key is entered.
    When you click the “Generate ALT text” button, the circle spins, but nothing happens.

    Hi @hexbox ,
    Please update the plugin to version 2.0.5 and let me know if that resolves the issue.
    The new version includes a test feature in the settings where you can try different images.

    Updated to 2.0.5?

    Now red inscription appears:

    Invalid image ID or not an image attachment.

    And nothing happens.

    This is if you click on the button in the image panel when editing a post.
    The test image in the settings works.

    I can’t replicate your issues with the newest Wp version.

    I am having the same problem.
    When I set up Open AI APIKey and press the Generate button, I get the error “Could not find image”.

    PHP 8.2.4

    @takahashi0206 are you using Classic Editor? If so, there is no support for the Classic Editor while you try to add alt text on image edit modal yet. We’ll try to push it for the next version
