Alt text not saving

    When I enter something in the Alternative text box for an image in WP Meta SEO -> Image information, it says that it saved but when I refresh the page it goes away.

    The Title, Legend & Description boxes are able to save, just not the alt text ones.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    I just checked my media library for one of the images that I added an alt to using your plugin and it showed up in there. So it must have saved but for some reason the alt field for all images in WP Meta SEO -> Image information is blank.

    We’ve identified the problem, thanks for your feedback! It seems it’s saved but not displayed in the bulk image editor, we’ll provide a fix very soon.

    I also noticed that the WP Meta SEO Dashboard always seems to say 0% for “Image Title/Alt” & “Link Titles” and they both say 0/8.

    Is this related? Because I have way more than 8 images and links on my site and for the images I know that more than 0% have a title/alt.

    I also clicked the “Index Images” button without knowing what it did and am currently waiting for it to finish. What is this doing exactly? I couldn’t find any information about it in https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-meta-seo-documentation

    Hi,

    It should be the count of the image that are added in your content only (not all the website images) and that didn’t have the image information filled. This is similar to the link titles.

    We have planned to add numbers instead of % here in the next version to be more clear. A new version will be pushed on monday.
