Alter RSS feeds to display outline blogs

I was wondering if anyone has implemented outline-style blogging and altered how the RSS feed is built to reflect the format, ie: I want the RSS feed to update each time I add a “chunk” to the day’s post the way it’s done here:

https://scripting.com, https://scripting.com/rss.xml

and here:

https://www.rebeccablood.net/, https://www.rebeccablood.net/index.xml

I know I can simply put each “chunk” into its own post and alter the timestamps to control the order in which the chunks are displayed. That’s not how I want to do things, for a variety of reasons.

I’ve downloaded the OPML editor for use with WordPress (https://support.opml.org/2005/11/23), but it doesn’t touch the feed.

And if it needs stating, I should say that I know almost nothing about RSS.
