Altered “from email” — didn’t receive messages

    I attempted to alter the “From Email” to reflect the email provided by the person who filled out the form. I inadvertently left in the ”?{admin_email}” tag as well. Several days went by where people filled out the forms and I never received the emails. Is there any way for me to retrieve them? I currently use Lite. I would upgrade to pro if it meant retrieving the emails people filled out during this period as it was when i was taking orders!!!

    When you have sometime, can you please share a screenshot of the notification settings so I have a better idea?

    Having said that, we currently don’t have the option to recover if the email didn’t delivered. However, some hosting providers do log emails that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and recover undelivered emails, the best next step in trying to find records of previous entries is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.
