Altering date/time format

Hello. I’m trying to make my widget at https://michaelborger.com look like the demo at https://my.studiopress.com/themes/eleven40/#demo-full (bottom center widget) .

Basically, I need to add the timestamp to the date and then move everything right after the tweet text itself, keeping the hotlink active.

I’d also like to know where/how to change the color of any hyperlinked text.

I’m not a coding whiz but I can copy and paste well ?? How can I make these changes? Thank you.
