Alternate Cron Not Running

    Importer has worked for years, but suddenly stopped.
    Alternate cron is selected.
    Daily.
    80000.

    Thoughts?

    Hello.

    We do need more details about what was changed on your site so it stopped working? Did you add new plugins? Update some other plugins? Did you change your server configuration?

    That’s just it, nothing has changed.
    Kind of why I’m surprised.
    No new plugins.
    Standard WP updates.
    No server change.
    Just stopped.

    Did you customize your wp-config.php file with some new constants related to cron?

    No mention of cron in the wp-config.

    did you try to re-save the schedule? We could try to investigate that directly on your site, cause I do not have any other ideas what could be the reason. Use the support tab for that.

    Re-save the schedule, just edit, then save?

    If I set up a cron job, would I de-select Alternative Cron?

    Yes, and Yes, there is no need for 2 crons.
