Alternate Menu for logged in Users

Love the plugin, but I am having a small issue with logged in users. I am using the WP-Client Plugin and with this I have an alternate Menu displayed for logged in users. When on a mobile device, this plugin only displays the general menu whether the user is logged in or not. Is there a way around this?
