Alternative backup option for WP

  • Ich habe ein Problem, ich m?chte ein backup einer WordPress Seite machen mit Datenbank. Leider geht dies nicht ganz so einfach, da sich keine Plugins installieren lassen.
    Was kann ich tun?

    I have a problem, I want to make a backup of a WordPress site with database. Unfortunately, this is not so easy, as no plugins can be installed.
    What can I do?

  • You can use the hosting backup option. If that’s not the case then export the database files and download all the files from FTP to make a back of the website, as you said you can’t use the plugin.
