Alternative Execute installer.php

    When extract archive.zip, is there alternative ways to execute “installer.php” then to write:https://example.com/installer.php

    It would be fine to execute it from within File Manager (cPanel) or something similar that do not need ready/paid Domain name.

    Staging is fine in some circumstances, but do not work in all multilingual instances, then it would be fine to test things in a folder near root.

    The primary purpose of the installer.php is to restore a backup that produces a WordPress website. At the end, the website should be accessible from a URL.
    WordPress is a PHP based CMS, which requires a a server to execute PHP scripts. An online server or a local server. The server/host allows you to run the website through URL.

    Can you please elaborate more on your request. For example, you may mention an alternative way to run the installer.php or the website.
