Alternative Text to Captions

  • My client is looking to have the description which is already embedded into his images, to show up in the caption field. It is currently showing like it should in the Alternative Text field.

    Is this possible?

  • I think you may need to copy the description from the image and post it in caption or alt (wherever you want).

    I already populates the alt field. The client is looking to skip a step by having it populate the Caption field also.

    Yes, that’s what I said. You have it embedded in the image. To bring it to the caption field, try copying and posting to caption field.

    Krishna Thanks, That is what we are doing now. Would like to skip that step and have it populate like itself.
