Alternative to “tc_tagline_text”?

  • Is there a way to access the author and date “tagline” on posts, like the formerly available ‘tc_tagline_text’ (which provided filter access).

    Alternatively, is there an action hook right before or after that? Or just before or after the display of the featured image?

    I used the tc_tagline_text to modify the tagline of the header. I am not sure if you want to change that part. If so, I solved this by following the templates path templates/parts/header/parts/tagline and created a new tagline.php in my child theme for further customization.
