set up debug logging via wp-config.

Weird, that whole part is missing in my admin, but great to find that it is actually working ??
So back to finding out why it doesn’t work with me…
I’ll setup a subdomain with just WP and Prelaunchr.
What version of WP are you using?

OK, so version is not the problem.

a bare install with the plugin works for me now

my installation is also a bare install with 1-2 plugins. nothing else, its a test center. maybe there is a problem with subdomains?
