Hi, I tried to reproduce the issue on your page, but all seems fine. Do you use any caching plugins?

I see the <tr class="cart-discount coupon-piumino10">, but without any contents. Have you cleared the description to hide it?

Please check if the problem also occurs on another theme.

    Hi josk79,
    thanks for your reply.
Despite your hurry in responding threads in a negative way, I’ll tell you that I have no caching plugin.
Moreover, I did not report that if I remove coupon description, then coupon – that shouldn’t be there if not necessary – is not more visible. But this is just a stupid workaround, please, understand what I mean. ??
This behavior makes nonsense. Why should I remove coupon description in order to hide it? I mean, to hide it when it shouldn’t be there, otherwise it is present on the cart/checkout.
I think the point is your plugin puts coupon(s) anyway and anytime when it shouldn’t.

Last thing: no Smart Coupon conflict this time since I made some test with/without it.

Please, I hope you will get back to me. Thanks in advance. ??

In what way am I responding in a negative way?

I think you misinterpreted my answer. I asked you whether you removed the description to hide it, because I don’t see any coupon message, but I see the <tr class="cart-discount coupon-piumino10">. I didn’t ask you to remove the description.

I’m really trying to help you here. What are the set rules for the coupon? Does the coupon also appear if you use any of the default WP themes?

    Hi josk,
I didn’t want to create a misunderstanding, I just wanted to refer to the fact that you couldn’t replicate my issue.
Anyway, I am very glad that you will give us help here. ??
I know you didn’t ask me to remove coupon description, anyway it was already removed because of this issue.
Coupon rules: I set a range of products, both simple and specific variations, and a 10% only for them, with an expiry date (28/02/15) and obviously the tick on auto add coupon on cart.
I didn’t try default theme since there was a few audience and an order in the meantime… ??
Would like me to send you my credentials?

I see, a coupon like that is always accepted by WooCommerce. If I have time this weekend I will update my plugin to only apply the coupon if a discount actually will be applied (> 0,00 euros).

Should be fixed now, in version 1.1.3 !

Great! So… there was an issue, though… ?? Looking forward to updating it soon. Thanks.

    Is the issue resolved?

By now, from the tests I made, I got no other issues. Moreover, at least one customer used auto added coupon positively!
Thanks for your reply and support.
