Always show add to cart on variable products.

You can set default attributes, then the add-to-cart will show. However, if you want the drop-downs to show “Select an option…” and have an add-to-cart, and I know eBay does it this way with a pop-up, but no, WooCommerce doesn’t work this way. This question has been on here a few times. It would be a heavy coding job to change the behaviour.
