    Hi, please give me some more details, what type of field you added.?, have you disabled required option for that field.?

    Hi,
    I added a Required TextArea field, with a limit of 150 characters.
    With a visibility in “Show in Cart & Checkout Page”.

    Hi, I am not able to replicate your issue ( for me it’s working fine ), it could be anything, issue with other plugins, theme functions etc.

    You could refer error_log for more info ( you might find some thing there, which caused this issue ).

    Unfortunately I am having the same problem. Disabled all plugins, used simple and variable products. I get this error for all fields required or not

    Undefined index: 1_citation_no in /wp-content/plugins/wc-fields-factory/classes/product-form.php on line 120

    Tried several plugins and this one looks to be the best. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @realdude,

    You should disable Ajax Add To Cart functionality ( If it is enabled ).

    Thanks for the quick reply. I disabled ajax, closed everything but still have the same problem. I have version 1.2.3. Anything else I can try?
