Always show Top Bar after subscribing

    I installed Top Bar and love it! However, I tested by entering my email and now it has completely disappeared – I was in the midst of customizing. I’ve cleared cached, deleted and reinstalled, cleared cached again, and still a no-show.

    How can I get this bar to always show, not matter what?

    Its a cookie, in Chrome you can delete the cookie under Developer tools (right click, inspect, or F12) in the Application tab nuder Cookies.
