    We have 1150 websites with your plugin on it. A lot of them are throwing errors. Your plugin throws errors with other plugins too. One in particular on one client’s site is Chop Chop’s Pop Up Plugin.

    We request you to share the URL of 1 or 2 websites, on which the error is thrown so we can assist you further.

    Also provide that website URL which is having the compatibility issue with Chop Chop’s Pop Up Plugin.

    Additionally, we would like you to inform you the reasons for the “ga not defined” error which you’re facing.

    • “ga” Tracker is not initialized.
    • You have not enabled the option “Add Universal Analytics Tracking code” which is required to initialize the “ga” tracker of Google Analytics.
